Medical Companion
For many people additional assistance is needed once they get to the doctor's office. As a medical escort, we not only drive you to and from your appointment but we also stay with you throughout. Our Companions assist with check-in/out, completing paperwork, taking notes, and staying in touch with your family. If needed, we can put your family member on the phone to communicate directly with your doctor.
Mon–Fri 7:00am–6:00pm. After hours ER/Urgent Care: Mon–Sun.
Medical Appointment Transportation
Transportation to and from your appointment plus full companion support throughout your visit.

Designated Driver for Outpatient Procedures
For procedures requiring a designated driver (colonoscopy, endoscopy, cataract surgery). We drive you, receive aftercare instructions, drive you home, and monitor you for a few hours.

Emergency Room / Urgent Care
We help with check-in/out, communicate your needs to medical staff, take notes of your diagnosis, medications and treatment. Services can continue if you are hospitalized.

Patient Sitter
A stay at the hospital, assisted living or rehabilitation center can be lonely. Our Companions will stay with you to talk, play games, read or just keep you company.

Airport Companion
Are you reluctant to travel because of your age, disability or anxiety of traveling alone? Our Companions will assist you with each step of the travel process — from picking you up at home to navigating the airport, carrying luggage, assisting with check-in and security, keeping you company during delays, and transporting you safely home when you return.

Includes 3 hours of Airport Companion Service and roundtrip transportation up to 20 miles. Wheelchair transport, luggage handling, check-in assistance, and family communication included.

Personal Errands
Rest and relax while Seniors On The Go does the work for you. Services include: prescription pickup, grocery shopping & meal delivery, banking & bill paying, personal organization/decluttering, return/exchange of purchases, appointment scheduling, courier/delivery, cellphone & computer setup, dry cleaning & laundry, gift shopping/wrapping, waiting services for repairmen, pet walking & sitting, pet transport, package pickup & return, house sitting, and entertainment delivery.

A daily reassurance program for people of all ages. Whether it's a meal or medication reminder, a simple check-in call, or just a short conversation, Watchful Eye provides peace of mind by ensuring there's a caring person available — great comfort for families living out of town or those with busy schedules.
Daily monitoring
Self Check
Daily peace of mind via brief text check-in messages monitored by our team. If no response is received, we text/call three times. If still no response within an hour, we follow your emergency plan.
Wellness Check
One to three daily calls for medication reminders, check-ins, or friendly conversation. The same agent calls you daily, creating a personal connection. Changes in voice or concerns prompt a call to emergency contacts.
Wellness Check Plus
Enhanced support with daily calls plus in-home engagement — meaningful conversations, games, reading, or neighborhood walks. Provides updates to family and friends. Emergency plan activated if urgent issues are detected.

Mobile Notary
Don't have time to search for a Notary Public? Health issues or lack of transportation making it difficult to travel? Our network of insured, background-screened Notary Publics will travel to any location — personal residence, hospital, retirement community or assisted living center — to notarize end-of-life documents, health care directives, POAs, motor vehicle transfer documents, and deeds.

Social Companion
Running errands, attending reunions, going to the theater or out to dinner alone can create anxiety and loneliness. Our Companions will not only keep you company but also assist with shopping, navigating stores and carrying purchases. They provide as much or as little support as needed. Events include: grocery shopping, birthday/anniversary celebrations, family/class reunions, workshops, sporting events, conferences, weddings, funerals, theatre, museums, concerts, movies, and fine dining.

Social Companion Service
Companion accompanies you to any social event or outing. Client pays admission fees for Companion when dining out or attending fee-based events.
