Safety training
First Aid and CPR/AED certification, AAA Fleet Safety Training, and Dementia/Alzheimer's training.
Thorough screening
FBI and SBI criminal background checks, NC Department of Motor Vehicle checks, reference checks, and physical examination including TB tests.
Professional standards
Pre-employment and random post-employment drug tests, uniforms, and identification badges.
