Who can receive services?

Services are available for people of all ages.  We are a skilled in providing service to people with physical, visual or cognitive disabilities.

 

Can Seniors On The Go transport people in wheelchairs?

​At this time, we do not have wheelchair accessible vehicles. We can provide a list of local wheelchair transport companies. Mobility assistive devices such as walkers and canes are welcome.   

 

What areas do you serve?

Services are provided to residents in North Raleigh, Cary, Durham, and Chapel Hill North Carolina. We may provide services to residents outside of these areas by special request and for an additional fee. 

 

What are your days and hours of operation?

​Seniors On The Go service hours vary depending on the service.  Please refer to the services menu for hours. Earlier morning and late evening hours are available by special request. Office hours are Monday through Friday from 8:00am to 6:00pm.

 

How far in advance should I make reservations?

All reservations should be made with at least 48 hour's notice, if possible.  If you need to book at the last minute, please call.  We will do our best to try to accommodate your request.

 

What are your rates?

Please call our office at 1-800-517-4149 for information on our rates.  Special rates are available for residential communities, agencies, churches and other organizations.

 

What forms of payments do you accept?

We accept all debit and credit cards and cash. Checks are only accepted for organizations and agencies

Do you accept Medicare, Medicaid or private insurance?

At this time, we do not accept Medicare, Medicaid or private insurance.

 

May a family member or caregiver travel with me? 

A family member, friend or caregiver may travel with you for no additional charge providing both passengers start and end at the same address.

 

Will I have the same companion each time I receive service?

​Every effort is made to assign one Companion to a client. However, team availability and scheduling may require changes to the Companion assignments.

 

Is your company licensed,  insured and bonded?

Seniors On The Go LLC is licensed, bonded and insured. We carry 1.5 million dollars of auto insurance coverage per vehicle.  We also carry $25K of Errors and Omission insurance and a $15K Business Services Bond.
